Why We Like The Cervelo R5CX Cyclocross Frameset
We build the cyclocross racing setup of our dreams with the Cervelo R5CX Cyclocross Frameset. Inspired by Cervelo's R5 road racing bike, the R5CX features a carbon construction and tapered R5CX fork for a lightweight, responsive ride with excellent handling that is specific to cyclocross racing. Its head tube angle allows for precise, quick turns, while a D-shaped seat post adds compliance and ensures the saddle stays facing forward if a crash comes our way. To limit the intake of mud and water, the R5CX features internal cable routing and is compatible only with electronic drivetrains.
