Therabody Therm Cube: Hot or Cold, On-the-Go Relief!

Its ability to alternate between extreme temperatures provides excellent relief post-workout. While its portability is a definite asset, allowing for on-the-go use at the gym, its durability ensures long-lasting performance. However, its intense temperature extremes can be uncomfortable, and the straps, unfortunately, fall short for larger frames, hindering its usability on the back. Despite these drawbacks, its effectiveness, portability, and versatility make it a valuable addition to any recovery routine.

Replace Your Bean Heating/Cold Packs!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The RecoveryTherm Cube has become my go to product when I’m feeling sore or sick. The temperature regulates so quickly, and does not have the weird food/plastic smell that you get with traditional heating or cold packs. It can make a loud whirring noise at times, but is so worth it!

Muscle Recovery Godsend

It is incredible post workout, my boyfriend also uses it now post hockey games. It’s extremely user friendly and easy to take on the go.

Use Heat on the Go!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used heating pads forever. This Newly Designed RECOVERY THERM CUBE Heating/Cooling Rechargeable Portable Device is AMAZING! It has 2 sizes of Velcro Straps so I was able to use it wherever I needed on my body. Not being plugged into the wall or an extension cord left me Free to go anywhere. What an Awesome Product. I used it all over my home, outside in the yard & in the car-On The Go!! Charge lasted a long time, it’s very well made & easy to use. I used it on my shoulders a lot & it didn’t hurt to set it on top & walk around. It’s A KEEPER that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. 😁😄 😀😃

Works great for pain relief
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cube device worked great for pain relief and providing relaxing relief for sore muscles. Both hot and cold options worked quickly, even when switching between them on the unit. The only negative was that the fan was a bit noisy. Unit charged quickly via USB port and would be a great option for traveling due to its portability.

No more ice bag!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received 2 week ago but I just used it today. What a great product. It is small and portable, with two straps easily to adjust when using it. It has a cold and heat feature. The instructions were easy to follow and explained how to use it perfectly. I felt so good when putting it on my sore muscles and joints. It can be used anywhere on the body and thanks to the straps for support.

A bit tricky to put figure out at first
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so happy to get this product because I have a knee injury and I need to ice them everyday, however, this was a bit tricky to put operate so I watched a YouTube video and I must say this product is amazing!! It heats and colds super fast and it has different coldandhot temps and can even do a cycle of both and it cuts off after 18 mins! This product is a game changer and it charges with USB-C which to me is the icing on the cake. I only did not give it 5 because of the initial putting it together. Important to note: the fan does make noise but it isn't loud

Small and useful hot/cool recovery device but loud
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought the idea of this recovery device was really need, it could provide both targeted heat and cold therapy for aches and injuries. It also came with two straps, one long and one short which were also useful. I was able to power it on easily and select the strength of the therapy and use it quickly. The things I didn’t like were how loud the fan was while running, it’s very distracting and I’m sure there’s a reason for it but I think a battery powered hand warmer would have felt the same. Overall, it was definitely more convenient than an ice pack or a plugged in heating pad but the fan was too annoying to ignore.

Ditch your ice bags! And the heating pad cords
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my recovery therm cube. You don’t have to worry about having a wet bag on your body because of the ice melting. This is also cordless so you don’t have to worry about pulling out your heating pad for small areas that are in pain. It relieves pain reduces inflammation so that you can maximize your recovery.
